Recept za prazničnu kućicu od keksića!

SASTOJCI (za 1 veliku kuću i 12 keksića):

  • 400g tamnog šećera
  • 200g kristal šećera
  • 250g maslaca sobne temperature
  • 2 kašike zlatnog sirupa
  • 2 kašike crnog melase
  • 3 jaja
  • 2 kašike mljevenog đumbira
  • 1 kašika cimeta
  • 1/2 kašike muškatnog oraščića
  • 800g glatkog brašna

POSTUPAK:

  1. Izradite maslac sa šećerom. Dodajte jaja, začine, melasu i dobro promiješajte.
  2. Završite dodavanjem brašna u 3 puta i podijelite smjesu na 2 kugle.
  3. Izrežite svoje dijelove (pogledajte istaknuto) i pecite 20 minuta na 170C u pećnici.

It is still hugely popular in the East of France, in Alsace and the North and I love to make mine every year 🙂 Who wants to try it ? INGREDIENTS (for 1 large house and 12 biscuits) 400g of dark muscovado sugar 200g of granulated sugar 250g of salted butter at room temperature 2 tbsp of golden syrup 2 tbsp of black Treacle 3 eggs 2 tbsp of ground ginger 1 tbsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of nutmeg 800g of plain flour METHOD 1. Cream butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, spices, molasses and mix well. 2. Finish by adding the flour in 3 times and divide in 2 balls. 3.
